Marquette University’s Office of Inclusion and Belonging will host a panel discussion and networking event featuring Black physicians from across teh university on Thursday, February 12, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.in AMU 121.
The event offers attendees the opportunity to learn about the panelists’ professional journeys and personal experiences in the medical field. A dedicated networking session will immediately follow the panel discussion,allowing participants to connect with the physicians,practice networking skills,and build relationships within the Marquette community.
The panel discussion is scheduled from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., with networking opportunities available from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Refreshments will be served throughout the event,and all members of the Marquette community are welcome to attend.
This event aims to foster a more inclusive habitat within Marquette’s health sciences programs and provide valuable mentorship opportunities for students interested in pursuing careers in medicine.
