Job Description
The Cleaner will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned facilities. This part-time, second-shift position requires a reliable individual wiht attention too detail and a commitment to providing a clean and healthy surroundings.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Custodial Manager or Supervisor.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and walking.
- Reliable and punctual.
