Event Staff Roles and Responsibilities
EPI Events provides a range of event staff services, including:
- Metal detectors/security screening
- Ticket taking
- Ushering
- Crowd management
- Hospitality suite services
- Field/court supervision
Winston-Salem Dash Opportunities
Specifically, EPI Events is seeking staff for gates and security screening during the 2026 Winston-Salem Dash baseball season. The team anticipates over 70 events with call times typically in the late afternoon during the week and daytime on weekends.
Additional Event Opportunities
Beyond the Dash, EPI Events staffs events in the Wake Forest, Winston-Salem, and Charlotte, NC regions. These include:
- Concerts
- Music festivals, such as Dreamville Festival and Lovin’ Life Music Fest

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be able to function weekday and weekend games during the Dash’s April-September homestands.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for the Wake Forest University commencement on May 18th.
- Pass a background check.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a High School diploma or GED.
- Maintain a neat and presentable appearance.
- Be able to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills.
