About the Academy

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate, experienced Filipino Facebook & Email Manager for a part-time remote role (approximately 15–20 hours per week). You will handle our Facebook/Instagram growth, create and schedule engaging content (using provided copy until you get the feel), run and optimize paid ads for our free healing songs lead magnet, manage Wix email sequences for weekly song deliveries and nurturing, track performance, and support certification course promotions.

The founder will provide all ad copy, email copy, landing page direction, and promotional guidance initially so you can quickly align with our heart-centered, uplifting style (compassionate, non-salesy, focused on peace, reconnection, and gentle energy healing).

You must be available during Sydney time (AEST/AEDT), core hours 9 AM – 5 PM, Mon–Fri (flexible for occasional events).

Key Responsibilities

Implement and schedule organic content (posts, carousels, Stories, Reels) using Canva and provided copy/direction

Launch, monitor, optimize Facebook/Instagram paid ads (lead gen for free songs, retargeting, course promos)

Track and report metrics (engagement, leads, conversions, ROAS, subscriber growth)

Manage content calendar and post scheduling

Handle online support session calendar (bookings, reminders, Zoom)

Make basic Wix/WordPress updates (pages, forms, event tweaks)

Manage existing Wix email sequences: weekly healing song deliveries, welcome/nurture emails, soft promotions (using provided copy)

Optimize ad/email performance based on results and founder feedback

Collaborate to ensure content feels warm, aligned, and effective

Requirements

3+ years experience in Facebook marketing (ads + organic), with some email sequence management

Portfolio with proof of successful campaigns (share 3–5 examples, esp. lead gen/subscriber growth)

Strong in Canva/Reels, Facebook Ads Manager, Wix email automations/sequences (must handle delivery + nurturing)

Passion for healing/spiritual/wellness content

Reliable, organized, proactive; excellent English

Philippines-based, Sydney timezone availability

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate in AUD: US$7–US$9/hour (negotiable based on experience/results)
