How to Transfer a Patient to SGMC Health
Providers can initiate a patient transfer by contacting the SGMC Health Transfer Center around the clock, seven days a week. Specific contact numbers are available based on the patient’s condition:
- Trauma, Stroke, or Heart Patients: 229-433-FAST (229-433-3278)
