According to the municipal government, trained employees will manage emergency response protocols and contact appropriate authorities when necessary.
To ensure visibility, official Punto Seguro identifiers will be installed at the primary entrances of the commercial center. Zaira González, head of the Secretaría de las Mujeres, noted that incorporating private establishments places protective infrastructure directly into locations that define women’s daily routines. This layout aims to establish an accessible support network where individuals can recognize safe zones instantly.

Municipal president Pepe Chedraui emphasized that Puebla Capital maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward violence against women.
