PPPK Salary and THR Payments Distributed in Tegal City

Jakarta – Salary statements for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) have been issued, including a component for the holiday allowance (THR). The amount of THR for both full-time and part-time PPPK employees differs slightly.

THR Amounts for PPPK Employees

According to Herlambang Susanto, Secretary General of the Non-Category Two Indonesian Honorary Forum for Education Personnel (FHNK2I Tendik), the distribution of THR to PPPK employees demonstrates the regional government’s concern for its workforce.

“Thank God, the salary statements have been issued and are ready for signing. There is a THR component and everyone will receive it, with only a slight difference in the amounts,” Herlambang stated on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

THR Proportions in Tegal City

As an example, Herlambang cited the distribution of THR in Tegal City, Central Java:

• Full-time PPPK (Stage 2): THR is proportional to 5/12 of the basic salary and attached allowances, amounting to approximately IDR 806,000 to IDR 1,040,000.
• Part-time PPPK: THR is proportional to 4/12 of the salary received, amounting to approximately IDR 645,000.

“We are grateful and remain enthusiastic. I am also relieved that our part-time PPPK colleagues will receive the THR in the same proportional manner. The Tegal City Government is truly exceptional,” Herlambang added.

Prior to the THR announcement, both full-time and part-time PPPK employees in Tegal City participated in a community outreach event, sharing takjil (traditional Indonesian snacks) during the Ramadan season.
