NasAllegra® and Optilegra®

NasAllegra® is an over-the-counter (OTC) nasal spray combining azelastine and fluticasone, recommended for treating hay fever in adults (18+) when monotherapy isn’t sufficient. It leverages the rapid action of azelastine and the anti-inflammatory effect of fluticasone. European Medicines Agency

Optilegra® eye drops, containing olopatadine, are approved for treating seasonal allergic conjunctivitis in adults (18+). Olopatadine inhibits histamine effects and prevents the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. European Medicines Agency

ESOXX One

ESOXX One, from Alfasigma GmbH, is designed for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It combines chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, and poloxamer 407. Chondroitin sulfate protects the esophageal lining, hyaluronic acid supports tissue repair, and poloxamer 407 creates a protective barrier. Alfasigma

ESOXX One provides quick relief within 30 minutes and can be used alongside PPI therapy. It’s available as a ready-to-drink syrup in single-dose sachets. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.

Thealoz® Duo, Blephaclean® und Blephaderm®

From Théa Pharma GmbH, Thealoz® Duo features a patented formula with 3% trehalose and 0.15% hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid moisturizes and regenerates, while trehalose protects the eye’s surface from dryness. Thea Pharmaceuticals

The hypotonic eye drops are preservative-free, utilizing the ABAK® bottle. After opening, the product is usable for six months.

Tip: Combine with Blephaclean® for gentle eyelid cleaning and Blephaderm® for soothing the sensitive eye area.
