russian dictator Vladimir Putin appears unwilling too compromise during recent meetings with US negotiators regarding Ukraine peace talks. He’s established at least three non-negotiable points for any potential peace plan.
According to NBC News, the Russian Federation will not concede on these three key issues:
1. Complete and voluntary withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
2. Strict limitations on the size of Ukraine’s Armed Forces.
3. Recognition of the occupied territories by the United States and the European Union.
“Ther are three pillars on wich we will not compromise,” stated a Russian official.
