Pyo Ye-jin began her career as a flight attendant at the age of 19, a position she secured through a competitive selection process. She worked in the role for approximately a year and a half. “It was great to go to a new country and meet different people, but when I thought about it 10 years later after making this my lifelong career, I felt frustrated,” Pyo Ye-jin explained on ‘Jeon Hyun-moo Plan 3’. This realization prompted her to pursue a more challenging and fulfilling path in acting.

Embracing the Challenges of a New Career

“I circulated 10 profiles a day,” Pyo Ye-jin recalled, describing the early stages of her acting career. “The process was so much fun. I liked doing what I wanted to do.”

Family Support and Current Success

The transition wasn’t without its difficulties. Initially, Pyo Ye-jin’s family was hesitant about her career change. She shared that her father was initially disapproving, even ceasing communication for a period. She also recalled moments of sadness and conflict with her mother.

However, the situation has improved significantly. “He likes it a lot these days,” Pyo Ye-jin said with a smile, indicating her father’s current support for her acting career.

Pyo Ye-jin recently appeared on the 21st episode of ‘Jeon Hyun-moo Plan 3’, alongside Jeon Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube (Kwak Jun-bin). The episode featured the trio enjoying fresh seafood in Jeju, while sharing personal stories and experiences. They visited the Daejeong Oil Market in Moseulpo Port and sampled ‘Bommal Kalguksu’ (sea snail noodle soup) at a popular local restaurant.
