RAYE Announces 2024/2025 tour & new Album Following Creative Freedom
RAYE is embarking on a tour spanning late 2024 and 2025, following the release of her highly anticipated new album. Tickets are still available here and here.
The new album marks a significant moment for the artist, especially considering past setbacks. In 2023, RAYE revealed that notebooks containing new material were stolen from her car, leading to concerns about the album’s progress.
In recent interviews, RAYE has described her vision for the new record, stating she wants it to feel “informed by the live experience” rather than solely created in a studio. She also explained a shift in focus from personal struggles, explored in her debut album, to uplifting her audience and those around her.
RAYE’s debut album, my 21st Century Blues, received a four-star review from NME, who praised the album as “unequivocally RAYE from start to finish,” highlighting the creative independence she gained after leaving her major label. RAYE herself noted that the album’s bold and brave declarations wouldn’t have been possible under previous constraints.
Beyond the album tour, RAYE is set to headline the 2026 Reading & Leeds Festivals, alongside Fontaines D.C.,Florence + The Machine,DAVE,Charli XCX,and Chase & Status.
