Realty Income Announces Transition of Chief Legal Officer

SAN DIEGO, March 2, 2026 – Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O), known as “The Monthly Dividend Company®,” today announced that Michelle Bushore, its Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary, will be departing from the company.

Smooth Transition Planned

To ensure a seamless handover, Bushore will remain in her position through September 2, 2026, while Realty Income conducts a search for her replacement.

Recognition of Bushore’s Contributions

Sumit Roy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Realty Income, praised Bushore’s leadership and contributions to the company. “Michelle has been a well-regarded member of the senior management team and leader for the Company,” Roy stated. “Her tenure has been defined by integrity, sound judgement and unwavering commitment to doing what is right.
