It will be a Sunday accompanied by bad weather. On Reggio Calabria and the province, according to the new notice of hydrogeological-hydraulic and hydrogeological criticality for storms, issued by the regional Civil Protection, will be the fourth consecutive day of yellow alert which will continue until midnight tomorrow 1 February.
According to the unified alert message, “widespread precipitation is expected, locally including showers or thunderstorms; the phenomena will be accompanied by heavy showers, strong gusts of wind and local electrical activity”.
and again “strong to gale-force winds with a predominantly northern component and storm surges on exposed coasts”.
