Renault Trafic E-Tech Pricing and Specifications

Renault will begin selling its Trafic E-Tech electric van in the coming weeks, launching the base model at a price just under 42,000 euros, automotive publication iAuto.lv reported. The commercial vehicle recently secured the International Van of the Year 2027 title.

Buyers can choose between two equipment levels and two battery configurations. The starting price of 41,900 euros applies to the version equipped with a 60 kWh battery, scheduled to arrive on the market in the spring. A larger 81 kWh battery version carries a starting price of 47,400 euros.

Driving Range and Battery Performance

Driving range on a single charge reaches up to 350 kilometers for the 60 kWh battery variant. The larger 81 kWh battery extends the total driving range to 470 kilometers. Manufacturer specifications put energy consumption at approximately 17.1 kWh per 100 kilometers.

Cargo Capacity and Vehicle Dimensions

The Trafic E-Tech accommodates three Euro pallets within its cargo bay. The vehicle delivers a maximum payload capacity of up to 1.25 metric tons and a towing capacity reaching two tons. An engineered loading threshold sits 53 centimeters above the ground, while a flat floor and a rectangular cargo hold simplify custom transport modifications.

Advance and Extra Equipment Grades

The entry-level Advance specification includes a heat pump, fast-charging functionality, adaptive cruise control, a multimedia system featuring a 12.3-inch screen, a rearview camera, and LED lighting. The luggage compartment arrives outfitted with a wooden floor and dedicated cargo-securing points.

Stepping up to the Extra equipment grade adds automatic climate control, a mobile office setup, a multimedia system integrated with Google Gemini and Here navigation, and 230-volt power sockets for running external equipment. Additional load-securing points and a bulkhead hatch designed for transporting long items improve daily utility.
