  • Drafting responses to correspondence from the public and parliamentarians, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Assisting in the preparation of files for the prefect and official visits.
  • Contributing to the administration’s quality approach (QUALI-ATE).

Professional Environment

The Prefecture of Eure-et-Loir, located in Chartres, employs approximately 120 agents and operates under the authority of the Prefect. The Bureau of Interministerial Communication and State Representation (BCIRE), where this position is located, consists of six agents responsible for state representation, official visits, honorary distinctions, and mail tracking.
