Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas will host a two-day Major Champion Golf School led by 2002 PGA Championship winner Rich Beem and Director of Golf Instruction Bobby Steiner on March 21 and 22, 2026. The school, limited to six participants, aims to provide golfers with the tools and confidence to elevate their game.
Expert Instruction from a Champion and Renowned Coach
The intensive two-day program will combine Beem’s championship experience with Steiner’s expertise in golf instruction. Beem, whose father was a 25-year PGA of America member, expressed his enthusiasm for returning to teaching, stating, “It’s nice to be on the lesson tee again, helping people secure the most out of their game.”1 Steiner, the Director of Golf Instruction at Horseshoe Bay Resort, is similarly the author of the acclaimed golf book, “MUNI.”3
What to Expect at the Golf School
The Major Champion 2-Day Golf School package includes guest room accommodations and full access to the school’s curriculum. The schedule is structured as follows:
- 9am to Noon: Putting, chipping, pitching, and full swing analysis utilizing Trackman video technology.
- Noon: Lunch with the instructors (included).
- 1pm: 9-hole playing lesson with Beem, and Steiner.
- 3pm: End of school day, with participants free to practice or play.
