Rock the Block Season 7: Mina Starsiak Hawk and Vernon Davis Promise ‘Shenanigans’ in Las Vegas

The seventh season of HGTV’s Rock the Block is set to deliver plenty of competition and camaraderie, with Mina Starsiak Hawk teasing “so much shenanigans” as she teams up with retired NFL player Vernon Davis. The new season, which premieres April 13, will see four teams battling it out in Las Vegas for renovation supremacy.

Starsiak Hawk, known for her work on Solid Bones, emphasized the positive dynamic among the competitors. “Although all of us that were on it were incredibly competitive, we all got along,” she said. “We went to dinner outside of filming and hung out and did fun things and everyone getting along was lovely. It was refreshing.”

• Mina Starsiak Hawk & Vernon Davis: The pairing of a real estate expert and a Super Bowl champion turned actor and producer. HGTV highlights Davis’s transition from the football field to the entertainment industry.

• Kim Wolfe & Chelsea Meissner: The duo consists of Kim Wolfe, host of Why the Heck Did I Buy This House?, and Chelsea Meissner, a fellow Survivor alum.

Starsiak Hawk anticipates a playful, yet competitive, atmosphere. “There was so much shenanigans because we all had so much fun with each other,” she explained, attributing it to the teams playfully “messing with each other.” She even recounted instances of her partner, Vernon Davis, physically moving competitors and a playful “tackle” from Brooke Hogan on Davis, showcasing the lighthearted rivalry.
