Rosalía’s ‘Lux’ Tour Kicks Off in Lyon with Orchestral Arrangements and Fan Favorites
Tonight (March 16) at LDLC Arena in Lyon, France, Rosalía launched her first tour in four years, celebrating the release of Lux, her 2025 album. The Spanish singer debuted live versions of tracks from the album, alongside performances of hits from her previous function.
A Theatrical Opening
Rosalía emerged onstage in a large box, adorned in a pink tutu and ballet slippers, to perform “Sexo, Violencia y Llantas” and “Mio Cristo Piange Diamanti.” She also delivered an energetic rendition of lead single “Berghain” with a dynamic crew of dancers, concluding the song with the Conrad Taylor techno remix first heard at the BRIT Awards. Later in the set, she performed “Saoko” and “La Fama” from her 2022 album, Motomami, even as dressed as Marie Antoinette.
Lux: A New Sonic Landscape
Released in November 2025, Lux represents a departure from the reggaeton influences of Motomami. The album is arranged in four acts, features lyrics written in 13 languages, and includes collaborations with artists such as Björk, Yves Tumor, and Yahritza Y Su Esencia [SPIN].
Tour Dates and Upcoming Performances
Following the Lyon performance, Rosalía is scheduled to perform in Paris on March 18 and 20 [Rosalia.com]. She will then bring the Lux tour to North America, beginning with a show in Miami on June 4 [SPIN].
