15 witnesses were questioned in the “Petrokhan” case, the main version is a murder followed by suicide.
“Nothing is untangled, nothing will be untangled, conclusions must be drawn – such a qualification as “murder and suicide” you do not need to do an investigation, in view of the gunshot wounds, the presence of weapons. If it is not murder, it will be suicide. The death was caused by gunshot wounds to the head, this does not give any answer. I do not know if it will ever be untangled. One thing is certain – our society is deeply sick,” said the former interior minister and former leader of the BSP Mikhail Mikov in the “Day ON AIR” studio.
Morality and religion in school
He made an appeal to the people’s representatives – to accept the lessons on morality and religion in school.
“When morality and religion are not taught, then Buddhist and other stories are taught. Today, President Radev also spoke about this case, there is no need for it. Murder is the final phase, the motives must be seen here. This is a basic and fundamental issue. This can be understood from many interrogations, stories of acquaintances, relatives. The issue related to pedophilia is already penetrating the media. No one is against homosexuality, but what is is happening, it is a signal to society and parents,” added Mikov on Bulgaria ON AIR.
According to him, the death of the last three could have been prevented if there had been a faster reaction.
“Russia detained the killer of their general in Dubai, and we can’t find that there is a camper 70-80 km away. It’s good that the person who has a job there did this job, that we would know for sure on June 2nd when people go up to Okolchitsa. So many cameras, there are cameras everywhere and at the same time it’s like we haven’t been able to use them to see where this camper has moved.” emphasized the former interior minister.
Mikov is adamant that our society should think about how far we have come.
Krum Zarkov – the new leader of the BSP
“This is not only a hope for the BSP, it is a hope for Bulgaria that there will be a left-wing party in the Bulgarian parliament. I have been a supporter of the BSP since Saturday. Rumen Radev’s party has no indications of being left-wing. Everything there is more secret than Petrokhan. This is not how politics is done, because at some point the public will get tired of waiting for these great secrets – which people will be on the lists, what kind of policy will there be”. explained Mikov.
He is of the opinion that from now on the BSP has a lot of work ahead of it.
“Krum Zarkov should not be prevented from leading the party in the right direction. They should realize that there should be a left-wing party in the Bulgarian parliament with all its sins and shortcomings. With this election, the BSP sends a very powerful signal both to the disappointed members and to those who see the discrepancy between words and deeds.” Mikov added.
Asked if he would return to the party, the former leader replied: “I would, when I see that it corresponds to my understanding of the left. I am a socialist. If Krum Zarkov calls me, I will help when I see that the BSP is taking the right steps. No time should be wasted, I know that there are serious internal party problems at the moment, but let them throw all their efforts until April 19.”
Mikov does not think that the BSP will drop out of the Bulgarian parliament.
