According to the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a 40-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man were killed instantly at the strike locations. Two other men sustained injuries during the attacks. An 18-year-old victim received medical treatment at the scene, while a 32-year-old man was hospitalized in serious condition, regional prosecutors reported.
Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper stated that Russian forces launched a series of massive strikes hitting both the residential sector and logistical facilities operated by a postal carrier. The State Emergency Service (DSNS) confirmed that a postal terminal in the Odesa district—which had previously been targeted—sustained heavy damage, while separate warehouse buildings caught fire. Emergency crews deployed to extinguish blazes in residential neighborhoods where private homes were hit.

Odesa City Head Oleh Kiper and Odesa City Administration Head Serhii Lysak both confirmed the widespread infrastructure damage and civilian casualties immediately following the morning impacts. Lysak reported that private residential buildings suffered structural destruction during the enemy attack. Emergency responders battled multiple fires sparked by the incoming strikes, working to secure the zones where postal facilities and warehouses burned.
The escalation in Odesa coincided with a broader nationwide aerial assault. According to regional reports tracking the overnight developments, air defense forces neutralized 267 out of 295 drones launched across Ukraine by Russian forces. Separate strikes also hit Kyiv during the same multi-wave aerial campaign, resulting in additional casualties and damage to residential high-rises.

Investigators documented damage to private homes, a single-story building, warehouse structures, and two freight vehicles at the impact sites.
