Clarion Softball Star Ainsley Perdicaris Delivers Key Hit in PSAC Twinbill Sweep
Clarion University’s softball team secured a twinbill sweep over the Fighting Scots on April 11, 2026, with standout performances from several key players. Ainsley Perdicaris played a pivotal role in the victory, contributing offensively and on the mound as the Golden Eagles dominated both games of the PSAC doubleheader.
Perdicaris Shines in Relief and at the Plate
In the second game of the twinbill, Ainsley Perdicaris took over pitching duties for the final three innings. She delivered a strong performance, allowing just one hit although recording four strikeouts. Importantly, she did not surrender any runs or walks during her appearance, helping to secure the win for Clarion.
At the plate, Perdicaris continued her impact, contributing with one hit and one run batted in. She also demonstrated her speed on the bases, successfully stealing two bags to set pressure on the opposing defense.
Teammates Contribute to Offensive Outburst
