The joint venture between Sacyr and Built has been selected as preferred alliance partner for the construction of the new Peel Health Campus hospital in Mandurah, near Perth, Western Australia. The new hospital will be built adjacent to the current one and will offer a state-of-the-art six-story facility with a significant increase in medical services for the region.
The Sacyr and Built team is progressing design and development alongside the Western Australian Government with construction expected to begin in mid-2026.

Strategic milestone
Sacyr marked among its priority objectives of the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan to increase its portfolio of projects in English-speaking countries.
The company, through its subsidiary Sacyr Agua, began its activity in Australia in 2008 with the construction and operation of the Binningup desalination plant. In addition, it has built several water and waste treatment projects; and, with this agreement, it moves in this direction and reinforces its solid growth base.
