Saint Joseph’s Men’s Golf Finishes 16th at Wexford Invitational

HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Saint Joseph’s University men’s golf team concluded competition at the Wexford Invitational on Tuesday, finishing 16th out of 18 teams. The tournament was held at the par-72 Wexford Golf Club (6,884 yards).

Tournament Results

As a team, the Hawks carded a three-round total of 909 (+45), with scores of 302, 300 and 307. College of Charleston secured the team victory with a score of 864 (E), while Miles Eubanks of College of Charleston earned medalist honors at 207 (-9).

Hawks’ Individual Performances

George Williamson, Jr., and Christian Matt led the Hawks, tying for 38th place with a combined score of 225 (+9). Both players recorded rounds of 74, 75, and 76.

Noah Moelter tied for 60th with a score of 230 (+14), posting rounds of 76, 78, and 76. Michael Henry, Jr., finished tied for 65th at 232 (+16) after shooting 76, 76, and 80. Sam Feeney tied for 70th with a three-round total of 234 (+18), consisting of scores of 79, 75, and 80.

Saint Joseph’s will return to action at the Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate on March 9.
