Sammons Financial Group Announces Leadership Changes
Sammons Financial Group today announced multiple leadership transitions, including the appointment of Rob TeKolste as the company’s president, effective Jan. 1. He will report to Sammons Chairman and CEO Esfand Dinshaw.
The transitions mark a strategic evolution of Sammons’ leadership team and structure to advance the company’s plans for growth, the company said in a news release.
in his new role, TeKolste will oversee the company’s five core businesses: Sammons Life, Sammons annuity, Sammons Corporate Market, Sammons Institutional Group, and Sammons Financial Network. He’s been with Sammons Financial Group for over 20 years,most recently serving as executive vice president and chief distribution officer.
“Rob’s deep understanding of our businesses, coupled with his proven leadership skills, make him the ideal candidate to lead Sammons Financial Group into its next chapter,” Dinshaw said in a statement. “I’m confident he’ll build on our strong foundation and drive continued success.”
Other leadership changes include:
- Scott Hartwig will become executive vice president and chief distribution officer, reporting to TeKolste.
- Jerry Bramlett will transition to a new role as executive vice president, strategic initiatives.
- Kris Schuh will assume the role of senior vice president, corporate development.
