Demonstrated a strong commitment to community support throughout 2025, donating nearly $4.6 million to charitable organizations and logging over 11,000 volunteer hours from its employees. The company’s philanthropic efforts focused on key areas including education, healthcare, hunger relief, homelessness, diversity and inclusion, and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Community Impact Across Locations
The company’s corporate locations each contributed to the overall charitable impact. The West Des Moines, Iowa, headquarters led contributions with over $1.2 million in donations, alongside 6,500 volunteer hours. The Sioux Falls location followed with $1.1 million in donations and 4,000 volunteer hours.
Employee Engagement and Matching Gifts
Employee participation was significantly amplified through Sammons Financial Group’s matching gift program, which accounted for a substantial portion of the total donations made in 2025. This program encourages employees to support causes they are passionate about, with the company matching their contributions.
