Samsung’s 2026 TV Lineup: AI-Powered Features and Enhanced Viewing Experiences

Samsung has unveiled its 2026 range of QLED and Mini LED televisions, boasting advanced AI features designed to elevate the viewing experience, particularly for major sporting events like the World Cup. The new lineup includes the QLED models QN80H and QN70H and the Mini LED models M80H and M70H, with prices starting at $350.

Enhanced Picture Quality with QLED and Mini LED Technology

The 2026 QLED range, comprising the QN80H and QN70H, utilizes Mini LEDs with Quantum Dots to deliver a wider spectrum of colors. These models are available in screen sizes ranging from 43 to 100 inches. The M80H and M70H Mini LED TVs succeed the 2025 U8000 series, offering “bright, accurate colors paired with cinematic contrast,” also in sizes from 43 to 100 inches. Samsung also plans to release a 100-inch M90H model later in the year.

AI Soccer Mode for an Immersive Experience

A key feature of the new TVs is Samsung’s AI Soccer Mode, designed to optimize picture settings for a “stadium-like experience.” This mode, available on all models except the M70H (which features a generalized Soccer Mode), aims to clarify ball movement and enhance the vibrancy of the green pitch. During demonstrations, the AI Soccer Mode produced an exaggerated green pitch and intensified reds, similar to a Vivid mode setting.

AI-Powered Features Beyond Soccer

Beyond soccer, most of the new TVs (excluding the M70H) incorporate the Samsung Vision AI Companion with Bixby. This companion enables features like the AI Sound Controller, allowing users to adjust different elements of the soundtrack, such as dialogue or background noise.

Gaming and Streaming Capabilities

The QN80H, QN70H, and M80H models support PC gaming with a 144Hz refresh rate, while the M80H adds a 240Hz DLG for faster response times and smoother motion. All TVs run on Tizen OS, offering access to gaming streaming services and the FAST TV Plus service. Samsung also provides Live Translate, with an expanded language selection, for programs viewed through Samsung TV Plus or over-the-air broadcasts. The company guarantees up to seven years of Tizen OS updates for each TV.
