The basic model Samsung Galaxy S24 in the 8/128 GB variant was sold for 21,999 CZK at launch in January 2024. Now, on the Czech market, you can get it from 12,190 CZK, representing a saving of over 9,800 CZK. For this price, you get a full-featured flagship phone including Galaxy AI features.
Compact Dimensions and High-Quality Display
The Galaxy S24 is among the more compact flagships on the market. It features a 6.2″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 1080 × 2340 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. It reaches a maximum brightness of 2,600 nits, ensuring the screen remains readable even in direct sunlight. The display is protected by durable Gorilla Glass 2.

The phone weighs only 167 grams and its thickness is 7.6 mm. The aluminum frame combined with the glass back looks premium,and IP68 certification ensures dust and water resistance.
Performance and Software for Years to Come
The European version is powered by the Samsung Exynos 2400 chipset, supplemented by 8GB RAM. The performance is sufficient for normal use and more demanding games, even though compared to the US version with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, you may experiance slightly higher energy consumption.
A notable asset is seven years of software support, which Samsung guarantees for the S24 series.This means the phone will receive major Android updates and security patches until 2031,making it one of the longest-supported options available.
