Aztecs Move Up to No. 26 in AP Top 25
The San Diego State men’s basketball team climbed one spot to No. 26 in the second regular-season Associated press Top 25 poll released on Monday.
Despite a week off from games, the Aztecs (2-0) received 71 votes, an increase from 67 the previous week.
San Diego State is currently 18 points behind No. 25 North Carolina State. They hold a six-point lead over Indiana, the first team listed in the “others receiving votes” category. Several other West Coast teams trail the Aztecs, including Oregon and Southern California.
