Milestone’s arcade racing game, Screamer, is set to kick off its launch week with early access beginning March 23, 2026, followed by a full release on March 26, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The game will be available on PC via the Microsoft Store, Steam, and Epic Games Store.
