The 2026 Gyeonggi International Boat Show, a leading marine leisure exhibition in Korea, is set to grab place from March 6th to 8th at KINTEX in Ilsan. Sea Live intends to move beyond equipment-centered exhibitions and present underwater activities as accessible components of everyday marine leisure .

Sea Dive operates under the philosophy that the sea should be accessible to everyone, not just experts, and emphasizes safe enjoyment of underwater leisure sports. A Sea Dive official stated that the Gyeonggi International Boat Show and Surf Show provides a crucial platform for connecting the marine leisure industry with the public, and they hope to showcase the potential of a marine leisure lifestyle, including underwater pursuits .

The exhibition will feature participation from domestic boat manufacturers like Stamarine and Wondamarine Industries, as well as major retailers such as Boat Korea, Estek Marine, and Rocky . Wonda Marine Industry, a boat manufacturer with roots in FRP fishing grounds management ships since 1994, will be showcasing its “WLS560” – a 5-meter-class fishing leisure boat designed for Korean consumers .
Technological Advancements on Display
Visitors can expect to see cutting-edge technologies, including Avicus’s autonomous navigation solutions for ships and leisure boats, Pharos Marine’s hydrogen fuel cell-based eco-friendly propulsion systems, Jotako’s smart marine mooring systems, and a diver safety support robot from the Korea Institute of Robot Convergence . An international conference, in collaboration with IBI (International Boat Industry), will also be held to discuss global trends and Korea’s competitiveness in the high-tech marine leisure industry .
