Key Responsibilities
The Senior Director, Sport Operations serves as the operational backbone for the team, supporting leadership in driving Athlete & Team seasonal planning and operations. Core responsibilities include:
- Seasonal Planning: Driving the Seasonal Planning process – encompassing strategy and orchestration – and associated reporting to support priorities and athlete initiatives.
- Product Planning & Operations: Overseeing and managing the product strategy and buying process, ensuring alignment between athlete service and preferences with brand and business priorities.
- Operations Excellence: Leading internal Sports Marketing collaboration by managing timelines, deliverables, and communication for key initiatives. Maintaining planning tools, calendars, and athlete dashboards for visibility and alignment.
- X-Functional Collaboration: Representing and driving sports marketing strategies in cross-functional forums to influence brand and business integration, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Driving process improvements and efficiency through documentation, tool enhancements, and the adoption of best practices.
