Role Overview: Senior Producer

As a Senior Producer, individuals will be responsible for aligning priorities, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the product lifecycle. They will serve as strategic operators, bridging the gap between design, product, engineering, program management, and marketing teams. The role emphasizes building systems to facilitate high-quality product delivery with speed, and confidence.

Focus Areas for New Roles

GM is hiring Senior Producers for two key teams:

  • Design Ops Vehicle OS: This team focuses on the operational strategy and execution behind GM’s in-vehicle digital design ecosystem. They translate user experience vision into deliverables, championing design excellence and establishing workflows for complex teams.
  • Web & App Governance and Enterprise UX: These teams are likewise seeking Senior Producers. The Governance team drives consistent use of design components and patterns, while the Enterprise UX team designs web and mobile experiences for employees, manufacturing, motorsports, HR, and commercial fleet customers.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Producers will be expected to:

  • Lead and evolve scalable workflows and planning frameworks.
