job Summary

Teh Sr Specialist, Member & Community Interventions leads and puts into action new and existing clinical quality member intervention initiatives. this includes all lines of business – Medicare, Marketplace, and medicaid. You’ll be responsible for carrying out the health plan’s member and community quality interventions and programs.it’s about following program standards, collecting data, and keeping a close eye on intervention activity. We need someone who can measure key performance, report outcomes, and help us constantly improve our processes. You won’t be working alone; you’ll act as a lead specialist within the department and collaborate with others.

Job Duties

• You’ll be a lead specialist, offering direction and guidance on projects, programs, and initiatives to other specialists. You’ll also work with other departments.
• Implement member intervention strategies based on evidence and data. This means starting and managing interventions for members and communities – like removing barriers to care.
• You’ll manage and oversee the implementation of interventions.
• Data collection is key. You’ll gather data to track progress.
• Monitor intervention activity and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Report on intervention outcomes.What’s working,and what isn’t?
• Support continuous enhancement of intervention processes. We’re always looking for ways to get better.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth program execution.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in member and community interventions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
