ServiceNow in Talks to Acquire Cybersecurity Firm Armis for Up to $7 billion

armis, the Israeli-founded cybersecurity company, is in advanced talks to be acquired by servicenow, in a deal potentially valued at as much as $7 billion, according to Bloomberg. The acquisition of the cybersecurity startup, which had planned an initial public offering next year, could be announced in the coming days, tho negotiations may fail or another bidder could emerge, the report added.

Armis raised $435 million in a recent funding round at a $6.1 billion valuation last month, marking one of the largest private financings in the sector this year.

The round was led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives with meaningful participation from CapitalG, adn included new investor Evolution Equity Partners, alongside existing investors.

Founded in 2016 by Yevgeny Dibrov (CEO) and Nadir Izrael (CTO), Armis develops cybersecurity technology designed to secure critical infrastructure and provide organizations with real-time visibility and protection across their entire digital attack surface, from local networks to cloud environments. The company employs approximately 850 people globally, including in Israel.

In a recent interview with Calcalist, Dibrov stated the company aims to aggressively scale revenue.
