Below this, the third tier itself is seeing the initial installation of new seating, marking a transition from raw concrete work to the final configuration of the bowl.
A New Double Ring of VIP Boxes Reshapes Revenue
Construction is active on a “double ring” of VIP boxes, which sits as a central feature of the stadium’s hospitality redesign.
In the second tier, crews have begun installing new, cushioned VIP seats in the front rows.
Inside the First Team’s Elite Recovery Zones
Beyond the stands, the stadium’s internal infrastructure is being rebuilt to meet current professional sports standards. The first team’s locker room area is taking shape, featuring a dedicated staff office, a video analysis suite, and a specialized warm-up zone. The design includes a modern “water area” for recovery, complete with saunas and individual physiotherapy cabins.
