Stade. The Hanseatic city of Stade can now officially call itself the “bicycle-kind municipality of Lower Saxony”. Lower Saxony’s Minister for Economic Affairs, Transport and Construction, Grant Hendrik Tonne, handed over the certificate for the period 2026 to 2030 in Hanover on Monday.
The city administration announced this. Stade is one of the six municipalities in Lower Saxony that were honored this year for their special commitment to cycling.
