Summary:

Amgen is seeking a Staff Relations Manager too provide support for its india operations. Key Responsibilities:

* investigations: Independently conduct thorough HR investigations, document findings, and present them to relevant stakeholders.
* Counseling & Management Support: Advise managers on handling performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Participate in counseling and termination processes.
* Proactive Issue Resolution: Address employee concerns and proactively identify/resolve potential issues.
* Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and provide regular updates to leadership.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners across HR, Legal, and the business.

Qualifications:

* Experience: 8+ years in Staff/Employee Relations or Workplace Inquiry.
* Education: Master’s degree in Business Management, Employment Law, Human Resources, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
* Skills (Must-Have):

* HR Investigation experience
* Knowledge of employment/labor laws (national & state)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Ability to apply company policy and procedures
* Skills (Good-to-Have): Awareness of emerging HR compliance issues.
