Subnautica 2 is still the game most anticipated by gamers despite the controversy that has made the development process a bit hampered. Surprisingly, Unknown Worlds Entertainment recently released a developer vlog entitled “Diving Together in Multiplayer” for Subnautica 2. What information did the developer share?
Subnautica 2 Multiplayer Mode Introduced by Developer
UWE’s latest developer vlog showcases some promising content for Subnautica 2, especially in the multiplayer aspect. This vlog really highlights how exciting it will be to explore this foreign planet with friends.
This multiplayer mode can be played up to 4 playerso that the playing experience does not feel tense and lonely. In fact, single-player game files can be converted into multiplayer mode. The video also features footage of a large submarine that appears to be designed to be controlled by several players at once.
Not to mention there is a “dive elevator” feature which allows several players and their storage containers to quickly descend into the sea or return to the surface. Overall, so far Subnautica 2 is considered impressive and ready to enter the Early Access stage.
However, the developer emphasizes that this multiplayer mode is optional, meaning that players who prefer playing alone can still play this game; Moreover, ‘solitude’ is a characteristic of this title.
