Ariana Grande’s Second Swarovski Collection Sparkles with Nature-Inspired Designs

Swarovski’s partnership with Ariana Grande continues to bolster the brand’s position in the “pop luxury” segment, with the recent launch of their second collaborative collection. The 29-piece capsule, co-created with Swarovski Global Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert, draws inspiration from the natural world and aims to evoke a sense of wonder and self-expression.

A Garden of Crystals

The Ariana Grande x Swarovski collection features delicate designs centered around motifs of flowers and dragonflies. Pieces include a dragonfly pendant/brooch, a floral choker, and a necklace adorned with multicolor pastel drops. The collection incorporates rainbow-hued stones, crystal pearls, and butterfly motifs, blurring the line between wearable art and everyday jewelry [Fashion Gone Rogue].

Creative Vision and Inspiration

Grande and Engelbert sought to capture the magic and beauty found in nature. Engelbert described the new collection as a move “fully into her dreamy, magical universe,” contrasting with the more timeless aesthetic of their first collaboration [Professional Jeweller]. The campaign imagery, shot by Mert and Marcus, portrays Grande as a forest nymph within a fantasy garden setting, inspired by the aurora borealis and its shifting, iridescent colors [Hypebae].

Swarovski’s Financial Performance and Strategy

The collaboration with Grande is a key component of Swarovski’s LUXignite turnaround plan, initiated in 2022, to drive revenue and strengthen the brand’s presence in the pop luxury market. Swarovski reported organic growth of 6% in 2025, with revenue reaching nearly €1.97 billion (approximately $2.27 billion) [Professional Jeweller]. North America led growth, experiencing a 10% increase. CEO Alexis Nasard acknowledged the challenging operating environment expected in 2026, citing geopolitical volatility and weak consumer sentiment, but reaffirmed the company’s commitment to long-term value creation [Professional Jeweller].

Availability

The Ariana Grande x Swarovski collection is now available for purchase on the Swarovski website and in Swarovski stores.
