T-Hub Launches Flashpoint Venture Studio in Hyderabad With Agri-Tech and Space-Tech Tracks

Hyderabad-based startup incubator T-Hub has launched Flashpoint, a venture studio designed to co-build companies with founders across India from day zero, fortuneindia.com reported. The initiative pairs selected founders with industry-validated problems, operator-led mentorship, and critical infrastructure while allowing them to retain 100% ownership with zero equity dilution.

Flashpoint operates differently from traditional venture capital and private equity firms by building startups from scratch in close collaboration with entrepreneurs. T-Hub CEO Kavikrut stated that the program gives founders an industry-validated problem and an experienced operator to build alongside. T-Hub has supported over 3,300 startups, giving leadership visibility into early-stage constraints like time spent validating demand and securing industry expertise.

Agri-Tech Track Partners With Kheyti for Climate-Resilient Farming

The agri-tech track launches in direct partnership with Kheyti, an Earthshot Prize-winning agri-tech company that builds climate-resilient farming solutions for smallholder farmers. Founders selected for this track join Kheyti as Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, receiving a ₹1 lakh monthly stipend, sponsored pilots, and direct collaboration with 8,000 greenhouse farmers starting in week one.

Kaushik Kappagantulu, co-founder and CEO of Kheyti, noted that the partnership marks a full-circle moment for his organization. Kheyti started at T-Hub as one of the first teams allocated space at the IIIT Hyderabad campus in 2015 when the facility was inaugurated by Ratan Tata. Ten years later, Kheyti returns as a partner to help the next generation of agri-tech founders scale climate-smart farming solutions for smallholder farmers in India.

Space-Tech Track Collaborates With Dhruva Space for Infrastructure Access

The space-tech track teams up with Dhruva Space, a space infrastructure provider offering satellites, mission-critical subsystems, launch facilitation, ground segment solutions, and capacity building. Dhruva Space provides founders with end-to-end space engineering infrastructure, including cleanrooms, thermal-vacuum and vibration testing facilities, and ground stations, enabling teams to develop, test, and validate space technologies from day zero.

Sanjay Nekkanti, co-founder and CEO of Dhruva Space, emphasized that indigenous technology requirements will grow across the entire space value chain as India expands its sector presence. Nekkanti pointed to the planned Bharatiya Antariksh Space Station as an environment that will create new opportunities for in-orbit operations, servicing, and research applications. Flashpoint gives founders early access to the infrastructure and expertise required to build for these markets.
