TF1 Schedule Changes: February 7, 2026 Updates

This Saturday, February 7, 2026, a change is taking place on TF1. A flagship program on the front page is simply missing from the air… and that will last several weeks!

Every Saturday, on TF1, viewers have an appointment with the Star Academy from 4 p.m., then with 50’ inside late afternoon and early evening before giving way to 8 p.m. news presented Anne-Claire Coudray.

The Six Nations tournament monopolizes the TF1 channel

Indeed, this Thursday, February 5, 2026, rugby landed on TF1 with the first match of the French XV in the Six Nations tournament against Ireland. The match, which was held at the Stade de France and won by the French, kicked off at 9 p.m.

But this Saturday, February 7, 2026, viewers will follow, from 5:05 p.m., The Mag of the 6 Nations presented by Isabelle Ithurburu. The journalist will be in the company of the former international Christian Califano and the ex-winger of the XV of France Yoann Huge. The England-Wales match will then kick off at 5.40pm.

50’ inside which begins every Saturday at 6 p.m., is then canceled to make way for the rugby match between England and Wales. The daily life of the Star Academy for its part, is brought forward to 4 p.m. on TF1, instead of 5:15 p.m. as is usually the case.

Note that current sports news is disrupting channels other than TF1. Indeed, France 2 and France 3 cover the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympic Games. Many games and television programs from France 2 are notably canceled in order to make way for the event.
