The recently published EY/IIF insurance risk management survey highlights the increasing importance of resilience as insurance CROs navigate a complex risk landscape. The results of this second annual survey revealed that operational resilience has become a key strategic priority, as the industry needs to maintain critical services even through disruptions. The report also highlighted that cyber threats are continuing, and respondents are increasingly concerned, as geopolitical tensions amplify cyber vulnerabilities. Operational and financial resilience are being prioritized across numerous sectors, and remain crucial given macroeconomic uncertainty, as supported by the findings of this survey.
