The French took 3e place of the fourth stage of the world circuit, this Sunday in Perth. Less success for the Blues.
After the third place won in Cape Town, during the 2e stage of the World Rugby 7s Circuit, the Blues once again won bronze this Sunday, during the 4e round in Perth, Australia.
The French lost in the semi-final to the formidable New Zealanders, losing 34-14. Before winning the small final, 21-14, against the Americans and signing their second podium of the season.

Fourth in Dubai and Cape Town, then second in Singapore, the French men’s team, however, failed in Australia. The Blues of 7 failed to progress through the group stage on Saturday (victory against Great Britain, defeats against Australia and New Zealand).
In the classification matches this Sunday, the Olympic champions were first largely beaten by the Argentinians 47-12. Before winning the match for 7e place by beating, again, Great Britain, 24-17. The next stop will take place in Vancouver, Canada, in a month.
