Authorities found Duckworth dead in his Grand Forks bathroom after a neighbor reported water leaking through the ceiling, as reported by Grand Forks police.

Grand Forks police officers discovered Duckworth dead in his bathroom at approximately 11:45 a.m., according to information provided to USA Today. Authorities stated there were no apparent signs of foul play or a suspicious death, though the investigation remains ongoing. Duckworth’s official cause of death is currently pending an autopsy and a toxicology report, according to police statements. Authorities noted that it remains unclear exactly how long Duckworth had passed away before being found, though neighbors reported seeing him the previous day.

Before his television career, Duckworth graduated from Tufts University, where he studied comparative religion and competed on the men’s swimming team, as reported by USA Today. He made his debut on MTV’s “The Challenge” in 2006 during Season 13, titled “The Duel,” and went on to compete in five more seasons.
