KPK Officers’ Condition After Being Hit by North Hulu Sungai Kejari Kasi Datun Who Fled During OTT

Jakarta – The Head of Civil and state Governance (datun) of North Hulu Sungai District, Taruna Fariadi (TAR), fled and hit KPK officers with his car when he was about to be arrested during a sting operation (OTT). The Corruption Eradication Commission revealed the condition of its officers after being hit by suspect Taruna Fariadi.

“Thankfully, the officers are in good condition, safe, and unharmed,” said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to journalists on Sunday, December 21, 2025.

Budi couldn’t confirm whether Taruna Fariadi is currently on the wanted list (DPO). He emphasized that they are still pursuing him.
