Join the dynamics of the Transdisciplinary Patient Education Service to participate in the coordination and development of therapeutic education within the hospital.
Lead and promote therapeutic education programs supported by STEP internally and externally
Develop links with different intra- and extra-hospital stakeholders.
Participate in research activities.
Activities
Participate :
To the structuring of the STEP.
In the development of therapeutic education projects.
For evaluation in the different areas: patients education programs teams activities of the therapeutic education unit.
The development, evaluation and updating of educational tools and educational documents.
Strengthening links with independent healthcare professionals and extra-hospital structures.
Setting up and running collective and individual education workshops.
The development of the partnership between care units with education projects and the STEP
The dissemination of information and the integration of therapeutic education into care.

Profile sought: Skills required or to be acquired
ETP training
Ability to update knowledge
Animation experience
Teaching skills (IFSI course)
Speaking in front of a group and/or with the media
Autonomy
Development of tools
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel)
Analyze and synthesize information allowing the care of the person being treated and the continuity of care.
Design and lead a care project, in your area of expertise.
Design, formalize and adapt procedures / protocols / operating methods / instructions relating to your area of expertise.
Conduct a support interview.
Educate and advise the patient and those around them as part of the care plan.
Develop and formalize a health diagnosis for the person, relating to their area of expertise.
Develop adaptation and organizational skills.
Implement communication and support relationships.

Hours: Full day including 30 min meal break
Hold a nursing diploma
