Thomas Jr., 60, stated that he initially uncovered a 15-minute video of unclothed children on an abandoned LG mobile phone while looking for a phone for his girlfriend’s father. He enlisted a technician to examine three hard drives. The technician reportedly unearthed thumbnail pictures linking to child abuse materials stored on the desktop.
On July 10, Thomas Jr. reported the findings to the FBI hotline, the Pennsylvania state police, and the National Center for Exploited and Missing Children, according to Page Six. Investigators from the Philippines’ Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking reportedly created a task force to handle the case. Legal sources in Cebu City confirmed that Thomas Jr. agreed to hand over the boxes of alleged evidence for a detailed forensic examination.
