Despite the sale, Clince and her executive team will remain in place to manage the Irish operations, ensuring continuity in leadership and a focused strategy for further domestic expansion.

“This is not the end game,” Clince stated. “We needed to grow more quickly and substantially in Ireland and we needed to find a funder to help deliver that.”

Clince has known Kids Planet founder Clare Roberts for approximately five years, citing a strong alignment in business philosophy and a similar professional background. Clince noted that Roberts is someone she trusts and is “most aligned with” regarding the vision for the business.
