It is in Piazza Giorgini 12/r, in the Rifredi district, where since 20 October 1960 the Briganti family has kept an authentic piece of the city. Trattoria Briganti is a restaurant that has spanned three generations without ever changing soul, location or spirit. All it began with Gaetano Briganti, originally from Altopascio and his wife Lorenzina, from Livorno, who decided to get involved together with their children. “My mother had always dreamed of having her own place” says today Lionello Briganti, son of Gaetano “and when the opportunity arose,we didn’t think twice.
