TV4 Nyheterna Suspended for Airing AI-Generated Clip

TV4 Nyheterna is facing consequences after the Review Board closed it down following the broadcast of a misleading clip in a news report.

The clip, which was shared by Israel’s foreign minister and others, depicted an explosion at Evin prison in Iran.

Though, the video wasn’t real – it was created using artificial intelligence (AI).
